Day In and Day Out

Day in and day out i would have to cover up bruise after bruise
Day and Day out my love you would abuse

Day in and Day out you would slap me around and call me names
Day in and day out you would hurt me and on my shoulders put the blame

Day in and Day out you would force me to do things i didnt wanna do
Day in and Day out i was your slave, always havin to please you

Day in and day out you would shove me and bang my head into the floor and wall
Day in and day out you would kick me and stand over me looking strong and tall

Day in and Day out you would black my eyes and bloody my nose
Day in and Day out you would choke me and make me take blow after blow

Day in and Day out i would take these beatings from you everyday
Day in and day out i listened and believed everything you had to say

NOW day in and day out i lay in a box covered with dirt
And day in and day out YOU have to feel all the pain and hurt.

    Understandable, it's like a never ending tunnel hey. this is never your fault as much as you feel like it is. i've been there, im here to talk i know you dont know me, i understand that but you know, it helps to know it.

    I really have no idea where a poem like this would stem from, but im sorry for whatever it was. It makes me feel so sad , so helpless and once again im sorry.GReat write , rating well deserved.

    This is the truth...women our age n older get beat by their husbands or boyfriends...this is what happenes when they take it to far....it's really good
