Guilty Pleasure

by KeyxMashingxParody   Jan 27, 2007

Time in time again,
We make a mistake.
Day by day the guilt,
Takes over our minds.
That crushing feeling,
That tugs at our helpless hearts.
Our minds tumble,
Everyone falls apart.

We cannot help it,
The tears, they just fall.
They just poor out,
Like we have no control.
Yet, it's normal,
To cry so much.
To learn to feel,
and not to touch.

A guilty pleasure,
So too far from our grasp.
To want it is human,
To avoid it is divine.
That guilt inside,
You could never fear more deeply.
Hate more selflessly,
And love more humbly.

Can we truly avoid it?
Can we truly inspire.
Inspire the feeling of guilt in our hearts.
It's pleasures fault!
Our souls are only human.
Not an excuse anymore.
