In The Begenning Of Spring

by supratim   Jan 29, 2007

It\'s the beginning of spring
Sunny,windy and soft drizzling,
Cozy green grass sprouting on the moors
Like a carpet on Angel\'s dance floor!

Delphiniums,lurkspars,pansies
Woodrose and Mesembryanthemums
Compete among themselves
For the most soothing and strongest fume!

Squirrels jumping,cuckoo singing
Inviting their mates,
To sing and be a part
Of this new freshness and warmth.

And it\'s me,with a white attire
Now,waits for a real Goddess,
Who could make me see
And feel myself as a real God!

Like the ancient pairs
Of Zeus and Hera,
Or Oddin and Frigga
We are one!!

Her hands landing on my head
Now,slides over my body,
In search for a wild fire
Of everstatic and ancient love!

And me too being driven
By the inborn music of passion,
Starts taking my Goddess
To the dizzying heights of love!!

Like a pair of white King Cobras
We coil ourselves into one!
And being satisfied by the end
Of the tiring journey and search,
We too starts jumping and flying
With the rabbits and butterflies around us!!!

(To my sweet friend Jessica I dedicate this verse).
