She is

by jack   Feb 3, 2007

Shes
great, beautiful, she takes life by the balls and doesn't care, shes rough scruffy but amazingly good looking, blue eyes there like gems that have fallen from the sky, and her smile full of teeth, brown hair sits perfectly on her gorgeous head and her soft but strong voice sends me into a spin

shes an angel
sent from above to guide me through life and tell me whats what

she confuses me though
i don't know where i stand with her
one minute we are in love the next I'm in town and at each others throats
maybe she doesn't want to be with me
theres something in side telling her what to do
she says she loves me but how do i know
i don't see her thats my fault i know

we are from two different worlds
i take one step forward and three back
it feels like I'm constantly climbing a rope and I'm mucked up now from all the wine and coke
i don't know what to do now
I'm trying to cope

i really want to be with her its not fair theres something always there to stop us being one.

I like this. I read it first cause the title( a band I like called the Fray does a song called She Is, which I really like). It needs a bit tightening up (some of the punctuation/spelling, a bit more polish on the flow language-wise) but it is the words, meaning and emotion that make this piece strong. It is definitely heartfelt and very honestly conveyed. I know where you're coming from-I'm sure quite a few readers will relate. Good piece!
