I'm sorry our friendship didn't last. It was fun while it lasted.
Now your just a part of my past.
No more, jokes to share.
No more, laughs to be had.
No more, hanging out.
No more, talking on the phone for hours at a time.
No more, helping each other through tough times.
No more, having a shoulder to cry on.
No more, driving around town to waste time.
No more, "I need you to help me with my problems".
No more, "I'll be there for you no matter what".
No more... are the last words you want to hear from the person you've been friends with for 3 years.
Who's always had your back since the beginning.
Who helped you with your problems and when you were going through times when you needed them the most.
They were like blood to you.
You loved them as a brother you never had and always was wanted.
Until they fall in love with you.
That's when the start to get jealous and want you to be with them.
They want to put a ring on your finger so no one else can.
But you fell in love with someone else and they put the ring on your finger instead of your best friend.
And that's when the friend ship ends.
So... both best friends are no longer friends all because of a ring.
It's pretty sad... you wish you could turn back time and make everything go back to normal. Go back to driving around town to waste time, helping each other through the good and bad.
We had our highs and lows.
You were there for me on my downs and ups.
And I'm sorry we had to end this way.
I thought we would be friends till the big man upstairs called us home.
We had a fun ride, you and me, just hanging out at the mall going to Hot Topic and Spencer's, acting crazy for no reason at all, playing pool and listening to music and just having a blast.
Too bad we can't have those good times back.
