Fantasy

by Anthony   Feb 6, 2007

He looks at other people
Eyes green with jealous envy.
The only thing he thinks is
"Why doesn't anyone love me?"

Alone for so long
Only watching from afar.
The way his crush talks to other guys
Makes him feel so under par.

Subtle hints of wanting
Go unnoticed at first sight.
But she will never look again
Cause she thinks its not her he likes.

Even when he gave up hope
He couldn't help but look.
But she will never know
Cause his eyes are hidden by his books.

Maybe one day she will know,
Maybe one day she will see.
She will see how good he was
And how good she couldn't be.

I only know these things because
That unlucky boy was me.
It was destined from the start
That she was my Fantasy...
