Grandpa...

by Alicia   Feb 8, 2007

Your old,
And your tired.
To the hospital bed
Your wired.
In your last moments of life,
You breathe hard,
And hold hands with your wife.
Your family's all here,
Their all standing near.
Everybody's hands clasp.
And we all shed a tear.
Your heart suddenly stops,
You take your last breath.
It's a sure sign.
A signal of death.

( I know this is crappy, but I was crying and not thinking when I wrote, but I don't want to change a word of it.)
