Beautiful to You In Every Way

BEAUTIFUL TO YOU IN
EVERY WAY

Had only been a few days,
still it didn't take long for
you to say: "You're beautiful,
beautiful to me in every way."

Sitting in the back seat
with my friends,
I look up and
you're watching me from
the rear-view mirror.
Your smile shows,
carries me to the end.

Baby I'm so sick and tired
of everyone pretending,
so just ascend and tell
me again,
whisper in my ear
all the things I want to
hear,
wash away all my fears
with every kiss,
every look.
Love me like you love
the summer time,
and tell me I'm worth
every freakn' dime.

You see the beauty in
everything I am,
my smile,
my laugh,
my style.
My mistakes,
the way I eat a piece
of cake,
the way my heart breaks
for you,
and the way the earth
quakes when I walk;
shaking the souls of men,
with every step,
with every breath.

Sitting on your lap,
cheek to cheek.
You arms holding me tight,
you lean in and say:
" ou're beautiful,
beautiful to me in every way."

My ears perk at the sound,
baby I'm so glad its you I've
found;
and without you around I'd
be so down,
so alone,
hiding in a place unknown.

Had only been a few days,
still didn't take long for you
to say: "You're beautiful,
beautiful to me in every way."

**about Ian and I, enjoy.**
