Daddy

I did my homework like daddy asked
i helped mama out like daddy asked
i took care of my little brother like daddy asked
i cleaned while mama slept like daddy asked
i did a lot of things daddy asked me to do to help out
but why?
but why didn't he listen when mama said don't drink and drive
if only he listened
