White Star

by Wings Of Flames   Feb 10, 2007

Glow upon this blackened grain,
Apathetic moaning scar,
Upon the darkest sheath,
Pertrudes the grotesque star,

Nothing will change this,
But one last incision,
Deep crimson eternity,
An eased final decision,

All this light has escaped,
Now leaves a gaping hole,
No more life inside,
It captivates my soul,

In the eyes of reckoning,
I see my end is near,
The last pours from my lungs,
So I'll never have to fear,

This poison settles on my heart,
And turns my thoughts black,
Shutting out all my light,
Until the end will never slack.
