Your Reason Why

by Tonya   Feb 12, 2007

Because a gentle heart bleeds for mankinds disgrace
Angered at the delinquency of societys morals
Discouraged by the bleak emotions of vulnerability

Hypnotized at the imperfections of a virile mask
Each thought and feeling evident in knowing eyes
Yearning for the days of simplistic innocence

Pleasantly charmed by the ill conceived humor
Trapped in the skin of a gravely complex man
Erupting in moments of surprise and hilarity

For the exquisite tenderly crafted hands
Tracing patterns of sensual love so immense
Spirituality radiates from the depths of your heart

A friendship grown beyond the boundaries known
To those who study the language of human nature
Trusting what many believe to be only legend

Conscious of the light that brilliantly brightens
The smoky depths of your masculine eyes
As they descend upon my gracious smile

Thankful for the unending mercy of god
A gift of love I will eternally cosset
For a time when I shall no longer grace mortality

For that one man who asked me why. Heres your answer.

This is pretty well written but would be easierto read with puncuation defining its highpoints. Still, worthy of the highest marks.
