Flying High

by snoweyes   Feb 12, 2007

A world of misty castles
and storms throughout the land
The twisting shapes of fantasy
Are all so very grand.

Imagine flying higher than the sun.
or dancing on the moons face
Wonder of the bright lit stars
They make your beating heart race.

Wish for floating clouds of white
Softest beams of light.
They touch with rosy dawns outstretched fingers
Making the darkest dream soon turn now to bright.

Soar like an eagle
Proudly through the skies.
or watch like an ancient owl
So very fatally wise.

Hear your heart beat fast and hard.
feel the newest feeling.
Hear your blood pumping
As it sends your body reeling.

In and out of mighty pillars
Climb aloft softest sky.
many of these you will do
When you learn to fly.
