Life has it's ups;
Life has it's downs.
Life picks us up
And spins us round
Life sets us down
upon the floor;
Life pushes us
'Till we tumble and fall.
Some people find
That life is tough;
The only thing
Is to give up.
My advice to you
Is be prepared
For things in life
that can be hard.
If you become sad
Tell someone.
Don't hide away -
That's what I did.
