Theres this girl
Who i love so very much
I don't think she knows that i do
I guess I'll have to make-do

I care about her lots
She doesn't feel the same way
Even though i know her birthday
I don't think her mind will change

I stand in the hallway
As she walks past all i see is a glow
Its a low blow when she doesn't notice me

What can i do
When I'm so low and shes so high
Its like she can soar without wings

But while hiding in the shadows dreaming about being with her
I never will be
