Lifeline (Welcome to the Black Parade)

by President Dead   Feb 18, 2007

The people that you knew till now,
The life that felt so short,
It all seems like a fairytale,
That you wish you could just abort.

Panic strikes around the ward,
Your time left folds in two,
You feel yourself drifting asleep,
But what you've been told isn't true.

The high pitch whine tell the doctors,
That you're already dead,
but what it whispers in your ear,
Is a marching rhythm instead.

Welcome to the Black Parade
