Lone Ranger

by President Dead   Mar 4, 2007

7 lone rangers,
Stand upon a line,
Waiting for their turn,
Waiting for a sign.

6 lone rangers,
Sit upon their throne,
Waiting with their hearts,
Waiting through the drone.

5 lone rangers,
Mourn the loss of two,
Crying for their souls,
Weeping on their Que.

4 lone rangers,
Join up side by side,
Laughing at the clones,
Showing off their pride.

3 lone rangers,
Start to feel alone,
Holding back the pain,
Pressing through the drone.

2 lone rangers,
Quickly draw apart,
Leaving one for dead,
Letting go of heart.

1 lone ranger,
Back to the same-old,
Doing what he wants,
And not what he has told.

6 lost causes,
Drift without a heart,
Looking for a way,
To fit into the part.

The 1 lone ranger,
Has always been alone
They just came and went,
Like a tide within the tone.

I thought the concept was awesome but it dulled out halfway and lost a little of the emotion.
    Great tho.
