His Tears with Mine - 10:56 Feb. 19th, 2007

His Tears with Mine

His head on my chest,
mine on his head,
his tears hitting my flesh,
all for his friend now in heaven.

I started to cry as well,
thinking about my deceased friend,
and me and him cried together,
a tear with a tear.

We asked each other why they did this,
that we could not answer,
but we made a promise to each other,
to never give up and live on together.

We now stand with each other,
not giving in to our tempations,
and we help each other through thick and thin,
until death takes his toll on us both,
and we'll die with a grin.
