Silence!

by Chrissy   Feb 26, 2007

All is dark, the air is cold,
I’m pressed in, and the mattress folds,
My breathing gets deeper as I struggle for air,
I panic and kick, down my face rolls tears,
I get weak, my face implanted in the groove,
My arms and legs are dead, I can not move,
My cries silenced as I slowly die,
The sweat freezes as I give one last sigh,
Never be in a relationship that has violence,
Because you end up having a death of complete silence.

That was a powerful and meaningful write.
The last two lines seemed like a "moral of the story" sort of thing.
    It was good though.

I had to check your poem out because I've just posted one with the same title lol.

Oh you may want to edit (if you can) because you have some odd characters in there, they ususally appear where punctuation marks were.

    Ok keep writing.
