Once Upon A Time

I loved you once upon a time
But as the days go by
I can not remember when we last kissed
All I know was that it use to feel like bliss
But now that you caused me grief
Its time for me to leave
To think that you were my lover for all these years
To think you hugged me through out my fears
It disgusts me to think that someone like you
Shared love with me that was pure
so this is goodbye my ex lover
this is your lesson for blowing up your cover
you gave me lies and then the truth
and you suffer the consequence because ill never be with you
but at least you know
that I loved you once upon a time....

    It rather is a fine piece of work. Amusing to know how a poem about a lost love made me smile right at its ending. =] Bittersweet to say the least. all the best and take care.

    I liked this, but not as much as your other poem that I commented on. As it went on it seemed to get a bit sloppy, as if you put more effort into the first half. Oh and in this line:

    "I can not remember when we last kissed" - 'can not' should be all one word 'cannot'.

    Anyhow, overall it was a decent job. 4/5.

    Wow I found this a very short and at the same time very lovely...sometimes short poems are the best 5/5 keep it up.
