I was alone in your city

Wow this poem is so heartbreaking and touching. I read it before and thought I left a comment but I must've forgot or thought I did! I liked the title and the theme throughout the poem..

My favorite stanza is:

Time came to say good bye
My lips were locked for a second
I saw you last time and gone
I was so alone in your city

It really touched me because there are so many moments when you want to say something but the words don't seem to come out. It reminded me of one of those moments.

This poem is really good, it is actually better than good, it is excellent... I mean...you told quite a story and we were there..all with you...watching outside of window from plane...Alone in you city...I felt like this when I was India. I was there in the airport of Delhi..after seeing Taj Mahal..Aww..this reminds me so much about the situation..
