Without your love I would die

by Br0k3n   Mar 3, 2007

It was a strange night,
ravens were standing on the trees,
the Moon was full but there were no stars,
I could clearly see the red shape of Mars.
They were out together,
like every other Friday night.
Just this time there was something strange,
they were not hugging each other tight.
They both knew there is something wrong,
the painful silence cut.
to say what's wrong they weren't strong,
they were just staring somewhere...
They were riding in his car, going home at last,
when they stopped he decided to talk, he thought it's for the best.
He told her that his feelings changed, that he had to tell her that,
he told her she still means a world to him,
and he doesn't want to make her mad.
She said nothing just reached her bag,
and looked at him with eyes full tears,
she gave him a piece of paper,
he put it in his pocket, she saw that clear.
In that same moment,
a drunk driver hit the car,
that night a tragedy happened,
blood was everywhere, like in war.
Somehow, he escaped the hit, escaped his sure death.
But her luck reached the bottom there,
she was lying on the street, dead.
The whole town was sad 'cause of her death,
they all loved the angel they lost.
I guess the driver's night in a bar, cost that girl the most.
Some time later he searched his pocket,
he suddenly found the paper she left and started to cry.
He opened the letter ...and there was written
"Without your love, I would die..."
