Secrets

by aDORKable x3   Mar 9, 2007

No one but me will ever know,
So many things you're afraid to show.
Hiding so much from the crazy world out there.
You can never trust anyone; they may not care.

Secrets locked away inside a sturdy vault.
You and I both know that it's not your fault.
Smile and laugh as the world passes you by.
To many you're just some teenage guy.

No one knows how deep your mind has gone.
How far in the recesses you've been forced to withdrawn.
But you let me in, and that's fine with me.
Sharing secrets no one else will see.

My best friend, my half, through all of my days;
Helping each other, giving advice in many ways.
Sharing our troubles and sharing our laughter,
Finally the friend that I have sought after.
