Better Days

by *Amanda*   Mar 11, 2007

I'm so tired of wondering
So tired of not knowing
As a person I,
I need to feel, need to breathe
That's what I find in you
You take me away with you words
You make me feel so complete, and
I know that I push you away, but
It's not like you even believe any hostile word I say
Because
Unlike the rest of the worlds you believe
That I'm something of
A sort of incredible person
Which, sometimes I believe
But others I think I'm much worse
How?
How could someone like you
Want someone like me?
Someone so scattered, most would
Just let me be
I'm stuck on every sentence
That escape those delicate lips of yours
Because I feel with you that
I might learn something of value
All of my thoughts always refer back to you!
I told myself no more,
Not one more man could get a hold, but
Something about you has made me want to change
All I see now are better days.

The flow is very fast and it's hard to understand it at such a speed, so the reader has to read it slowly to obsorb all the details. Nice job though, its very good
