Welcome to my mind.

by in spite of love   Mar 12, 2007

Welcome to a gray-ish place,
One with lack of time.
I'd like to introduce you to this thing I call my mind.

It's never sure of what it wants,
Unknowing what to do...
When all it brings are selfish thoughts,
The ones with me and you.

Welcome to my solitude,
My place, my throne, my home.
Welcome to this dream land,
Look, but please, don't roam.

There are lots of twists and turns here,
Things are so hard to find.
Can you imagine being alone here?
Lost within your mind?

Un-sure of mostly everything,
Not knowing, so confused.
I don't even know my way around,
I'm broken, lost and used.

Can you imagine how it feels?
Not knowing whats in your head?
Wishing things you've never known...
Wishing you were dead.

I've taken you far enough, stranger.
In this twisted labrynth of fate.
If you go farther, you'll be endangered.
Consumed by darkness and hate.
