Emotions

by Falling Again   Mar 15, 2007

The air hums with tension, buzzes with the pressure and the heat of what we know not to do.
Of what you don't want to do.
Of what i wish i could do.

Moving around each other like liquid mixed with stone,
my emotions run high, thoughts running randomly, mixing with questions and accusations upon ones self.

We don't touch, make a purpose to go out of our ways to avoid
one another's skin,
as if it were some petrified demon.

Tensions run high, the air hums,i wont dare ask why the tension is
so high,what it means,
i don't care to know.

Anger comes next, you spit accusations at me, and when asked to explain, you recant them.
I fume, the voice screaming in my mind.

The next day,nothing.
As if you've forgotten.

Yet the tension is still there.

One question stands out,but i wont voice it,
the answer is a dead end,
just like out relationship
