I thought you cared
Cuz whenever I'd cry
You seemed to be there.

I thought you realized
How much you missed me
And that that's why you came back
Hoping you can get what you want from me.

I still can't believe that I confessed
That my feelings for you never disappeared
Cuz whenever I ask if you still love me
You never tell me what I want to hear.

You've kissed and held me
And made me feel good
But now that I finally opened my eyes
I came to realize that I'm only being used.

I can't believe I let you hurt me
And cause me so much pain
I wish I had the courage to hate you
But I only have myself to blame.

You can't notice anything good
Even if it were staring you right in the face
And when I'm gone you'll soon realize
You lost something too good to replace.

I loved you way too much to forget you
And painful it'll be to let you go
