Fix It (poem)

Fix It
(C) Kaitlyn Flynn

You act like you don't care,
Sad part is I know you do.
You showed me, you told me.
But, now I'm loosing you.

They say words can never hurt you.
Thats kinda funny, because yours did.
My feelings aren't supposed to be toyed with,
or town apart or bid.

I've always been the one who else it all together,
When all others just waited for it to fall apart.
But, now the fire's slowly dying.
Or maybe it was dim to start.

Forever was a promise,
One you're not forced to keep.
You do what you want,
Shouldn't care what everyone else things.

But that might've been the problem,
From the very start.
Doing what you think you should do,
And not just what you want.

Now the tables are turning,
My emotions are churning.
Your turn to fix it,
I'm just in for another hit.

** I wrote this when I was upset, so I don't really mean all the things I said about my loving boyfriend <3. I'm a strong person, but everyone breaks, right ?
