You showed in times of despair.

I thank you for the fun times,
For the joy and silly moments.

I thank you for the patience
You showed when negative comments
Worked on your nerves and building frustrations.

I thank you for the things I've learned,
I thank you for your shoulder.

I thank you for your sympathy,
For not playing the part of the beholder.

But most of all I thank you for not ever giving up,
Because for all the times things got me down,
You knew everything would eventually come around.
