Out of the Darkness

by Crissi Addiction   Mar 18, 2007

Out of the darkness,
They come crawling.
Bringing gifts of death and bawling.
Tears spilling onto the floor,
Mixing with blood and dirt.
Out of the darkness,
They come calling.
Their battered hearts screaming out.
They try to be heard,
Try to be seen, know what it feels like to be cared about.
Out of the darkness,
Comes a chilled heart.
Out fleas coldness,
As harsh as the waves that beat against the jagged rocks.
Out of the darkness,
I see your face in front of my eyes.
Out of the bitter dark,
Flies out you lies.
