Its your birthday dad
so why are you still sad?
cant you even fake a smile
even if its for a while

i know its because of mum
i know you've both grown numb
i know she is really ill
but even she can smile still

i hate what this is doing to you
theres a lot that you've been through
but please can you be strong?
