Into the moonlight (werewolf)

by silhouette fairy   Mar 22, 2007

Stepping out of my natural body
the moonlight soaks into my hair
an "unnatural" change begins
bending over from the tension
there are changes no one may explain
not the moonlight covers my new form
my eyes narrowed, adjusted to the night
the clouds shift, the shadows dance
the claws are think, sharp
now running through the night
the trees pass by
now joined by the "family"
everyone yipping and snapping
the night flows by
content with the company
growling and nipping the boys play around
getting the attention of who they want
now slowly the night fades
the moon lowers and the sun rises
the change takes over
this time its different, less exciting
but it must happen
now back to m daytime body
the fur goes away, eyes widen
standing up on tow legs
the playful boys walk by
and slowly i join them
i belong with them, no one else
always with the pack
after running into the moonlight
