What is a team?
People who stand side by side
for a mutual goal.

How do you know?
By their cooperation.

How do they perform?
With maturity, support, and unity.

How will that happen?
By trusting each other.

How should they act?
With respect and focus.

What happens when they fall?
They rise better than before.

Will any of this work?
That's up to the team.

    ^^My favourite part of the whole piece.

    I loved how you started each couplet with a question and finished with the answer, I thought that had a very powerful effect on the overall piece...beautifully and elegantly written.

    Nice poem reflesting the features of a team and how team spirit works. "What happens they fall?" this question can be better if it is "What happens as/when they fall?
