Solitude

by TotaMariee   Mar 25, 2007

Curled up in the corner
alone in the darkness
its where she's safe
in the shadows of the world
living forever in her sorrow
morning for love
happiness will never be

Her dreams shattered into thousands of little pieces
she's losing her mind, not knowing what to do
scared of what she's become
everything she does, only brings more pain

She slits her wrists,
her arms, and her throat
pouring blood of hatred and regret
A life of misery has ended
