Challenge

A loving prince walks by her side in the darkness of the night.
All the memories that once brought pain fade away day by day.
Joy and happiness return to this celestial being.
Once a tyrant that sat upon the thrown, none would challenge her.
Until one day this prince from afar came for her heart.
Looking at this newcomer she laughs aloud and accepts.
After the challenge was won, so was a heart.
Realizing she was beat she willingly lays down her sword, and looks into the princes eyes.
And in his eyes she sees her future where the outlook is bright.
With her prince by her side they walk through the darkness of the night.
