Seperate Lies

Leading a life in the shadows is always easier than living a life in the light.
Sticking to the shadows she watches her former love walk past with another.
Filled with sorrow and hatred she thinks of how she became this way.
She became weak and with her weakness she sent her kingdom into darkness and chaos,
For she too used to be a being of light a daughter of the sun, in love with her knight in shining armor who swore her his life.
With her lover’s scorn she turns to the shadows letting the darkness take its rightful place, where her heart used to lay and finally becoming the creature she was destined to be.
Within her reign her kingdom became split into a kingdom of the light and one of the shadows.
Forever fighting with the knight she grew to love and now grew to hate she cries of despair and sorrow
