Grandpa

by Brittany   Mar 29, 2007

I swear I didn't know,
I didn't want you to go,
I just wanted Pokemon.

I was selfish to take a fit,
I didn't mean for you to get hit,
My iPod just left my hand.

I learned how to hula that day,
I never thought it'd end this way,
We left a Pokemon card at your grave.

IBM is the one to blame,
Even as a kid, I could not be tamed,
We recieved a million dollars from your will.

Pokemon is still on the air,
Even though you don't really care,
I still watch it, for your sake.

Please comment.
It'd mean the world to me.
And if you won't do it for me,
Do it for poor grandpa.

I'm sorry.

    I'm leaving you a comment.
I feel terrible that your iPod broke after that.

I have to say that I loved this poem.
    The imagery was fantastic.
    Especially that hula line.
    That was the best one.

    IBM rocks too.
    Anyways,
I just wanted to say that Pokemon

    will live on.
