Listen As the Angel Lets Me Fall

by Unrequited   Mar 29, 2007

You scrape the sorrow into my bones. i am buried beneath your inconsiderate nature. will you neglect your priorities one more time? you said i was the one. a passing glance and shattered trust. i greet you in my dreams and donate all my love.
listen as the waters break. i saw my silence die inside tomorrow's grave.
i always put you on a pedestal and still i bleed. sullen remorse within these regrets that fall. the day now breaks and you have gone. you said i was the one. the stars now break my skin apart.
golden stillness crawls inside my wounds. i always put you on a pedestal and still i bleed. i always put you on a pedestal and still i bleed. my angel let me fall.
was i the one who promised you everything? the sadness eats me from the inside. my hand-made heart is for you to keep.
my passion chokes me until i fall asleep. our lips were built for dying whispers imprisoned by our guilt. listen as the waters break. listen as the waters break. we are born within the summer's final days, and i can't keep this sorrow inside me anymore. it scrapes my bones, and i will donate all my love to you. i will donate all my love to you. i will donate all my love to you.
