A place of timeless end. [new]

When the men working at the construction site
suddenly over take your head
the jackhammer pounds so obstructivly that you lose all concentration on your initial source of self pity and pain.
you go for a walk in the hope that the cool night breeze will offer temporary relief (if any) to your subconscious pain.
you walk down past the factories and beyond the aerie soccer pitch entering the almost hidden gateway into your own self haven. reluctantly you look back, not wanting to but you do anyway. especially cause you have that feeling of somebody watching you once again.
walking down the narrow windy path you realize just how well you know your way through this maze. the lights were smashed out long ago yet you never seem to venture purposely off the path or into the calming rushing lake below.
camera at the ready, steady in your hand.
1.2.3 a bright flash of light and the magic of the natural stillness of the night leaps from your beautiful surroundings and snuggles itself gently into your camera frame.
sitting on the abandoned bridge your alone with your thoughts once again.
theres nothing to disturb the bliss of ignorance now and its only once you have picked yourself up and are walking back past the factories again do you remember your self pity and shame and how for that time spent in the unnatural stillness of the night you were able to rid yourself of all energy consuming wasteful thoughts and just be once again.
