Six years too young

*this isn't finished - but i don't know if I'm liking how this is going, so if you guys could give me comments or something :) would be good . . *

it was a sunny spring morning
the same as every other day
rushing around before school
hopefully nothing to get in my way
six years young and in first grade
everything seemed perfect..
except for that one little thing
that made my life not worth it

*daddy, how s my mummy?
is she feeling good today?
should I bring a glass of water?
or is it going to be OK?
he always replied, it might be good
to give her peace and rest
she isn't feeling very well
she isn't at her best*
