His Vision of Perfection

by Nandiix3   Apr 4, 2007

She sits there with her hands in her lap.
A vision of perfection.
But burning in her precious heart,
Is the pain of the rejection.

Shes is not going to show you,
At all how she feels.
Shes going to cry, so no one knows,
And pretend it isnt real.

She isnt going to wallow in self pity,
Because that would just make her feel even more shXtty.
She writes in her journal "This is the last time I'm letting him hurt me."
Little does she know, its only the beginning.

All it takes is one of his smiles,
She goes right back to where she started,
Sitting there with a fake smile and crossed knees,
His little version of perfection.
