Crappy Depression

by Heidi Harover   Apr 5, 2007

Have you ever felt hurt when you're really not?
When that horrible, scared feeling will not stop.

You feel all numb inside, like you lost your soul.
You could even care less if you use a plate or a bowl.

You don't know what it is, and there's no use to talk about it.
Because your friends don't care, they make you walk around it.

Trying to write a poem, but can't think of anything.
I can't believe I could even put down one thing.

It feels like someone you loved drifted away.
You try to be happy, but that feeling won't stay.

I really hate having all the time, this crappy depression.
You feel like you have to see your therapist, and forced a session.

You have no way out, and want to die.
That's how depression feels, deep down inside.
