They say we cant be together
They say our love wont last
They say we aren't meant to be
They say we fell too fast

They don't know what we've been through
They don't see how much we care
They don't believe in our plans for the future
They don't see the love we share

They watch for us to fail
They try to pull us away
They push to break us apart
They try to make us stray

They don't feel the power of love
They only see with their eyes
They see two different colors
coming together with pride

They choose to ignore the truth
They choose to not see the fate
That what they see blending together
are two beautiful, loving soul-mates!

    I love this stanza...it just hit me right in my heart. Alot of people say this about couples, when they don't even know what's really happening between the two of them. Great work!
