The broken glass
And the bitter sweet memories
Make me think
This all could have been a love tease

I write to you in the morning
I write to you at midday
I even write at night
Hoping things turn okay

Words fall onto my paper
Side my side my tears
But I still write
While the pain seers

A false hope
Drives me forward
This hope doesn't stop
It can't be ignored

Maybe if you see my poems
You'll know how much I still love you
Maybe if you see my poems
You'll finally come to

You could run back to me
In a fit of glory
"And they LOVED happily ever after"
Is how I could finally end my story
