Breaking the Barrier

by edward molinar   Apr 10, 2007

As the wind blew in an everlasting silence,
Glimpse of the past reverberated slowly,
While the shadow of the unconscious mind broke free,
Guilt emerged and the mind was devoured entirely.
False pleasure and unconquered dreams in the mind came lose,
Feeling sick and uneasy in every breath released,
Losing hope and devotion for the person once sought,
Emerging emotions now visible to the now diseased.
Leaving one so empty and bare,
Having scrape ones dignity,
Showing the world that you dont care,
Proving everyone that we could never be.
