What we go through(child abuse)

by Tracy D Rollings   Apr 12, 2007

No one knows, what a child goes through
the heartache and pain, and the bruises too
there cries for help, go unheard and they take the pain
without a word, no one knows the pain and suffering
and all the torture, and lack of food
locked out of the world, that we were brought into
it's not our fault, we did nothing wrong
brought into a world, where we didn't belong
it's sad to think of the abuse we shared, lived with people who never cared, i wondered at times
if god loved me, and if he did
why couldn't i go free, to have a father and mother
who loved and cared for each other, who would treat me like a son, and give me a loving home
and make me feel welcome, but that was a dream
that never came true, some of us get lucky
some of us don't, some of us make it
some of us won't, i sit and think of all i been through
and it breaks my heart knowing so many abused kids out there, need me and you.©2007 Tracydr42

Wow, this is just amazing. The way it is written questions society and the ignorance of man. I love it, very inspirational.
    Take Care.

Again, you have mastered the write of child abuse. Such a touching touchy subject. Remember through the abuse we have taken as kids we can use that as ammunition to raise children that will be proud to call us parents.
