What's witht the kiss

As I lift the blade to my wrist
I wonder why I loved you
I wonder what’s with the kiss
Did you really mean it
Did you really care
Was it really affection was it really there
Life can be hard at times
Life can be full of pain
But in the end really what is there to gain
Now the warm blood spills from the slit
Just answer me one more question
What’s with the kiss
