My Love

by Reubin   Apr 12, 2004

When loneliness tends to creep ints talons toward my time,
my love's hand finds me in the dark and returns my happiness to sublime,
the hands enwrap me in a cloak of caring reassurance,
telling me that she will be there at every reoccurence,
when life seems to end and happiness decline,
i will know that with love my life has entwined,
guaranteeing a never ending place in the light,
a never ending knowing that everything will always be right,
to know that when things seem wrong they are always correct,
that the smile upon my face will never ever wreck,
is a pray answered by the love she has given me,
and the heart i have given is for her to hold and for all others only to see
