Just a place

Tear stream down,
cover up my disgrace,
trying to wrap my head around
that this earth is only a place

saying that this world sucks
even though its only 2007
i know there is a better place
that place for me is called heaven

looking at the graceful birds,
as they fly above me
this world we live in is only for now
i wish the future, was a place i could see

wish and want to cover up the pain,
the earth has made me endure
there is no remedy for this kind of loss
there is no cure

i want to see past the trees and the land
see far beyond the space
but i am still trying to wrap my life around
the world thats just a place.

    Very good, it was really deep, but the flow was off on numbers of occasions, good try though.
