SurprisEd to know it's ME????

A friend of mine feels so alone,
her heart is broke, she has no soul.
She hopes to God to kill her now,
she just wants to leave this town.
All day long she thinks of home,
where she'll be so all alone.
With nothing there but her thoughts,
in her head they always haunt.
People here say they're friends,
they use her up, the friendship ends.
She wants them to only hear,
the laughing side, who has no fear.
What would you do if you figured out,
the smiles & laughter, is not what it's about?
She wants her secrets with someone to share,
she only wants someone to say that they care.
That all she wants is to be free,
would you be surprised to know that she's me?
