Multicolored tears stream down
A face so filled with innocence
She's confused and lost, can't find her way
And doesn't see how she deserves any of this

She cannot handle this anymore
Crazy, she runs for the door
screaming she goes faster in a fit of rage
Darker the night becomes and still she doesn't stop

And then suddenly she falls
As though she unexpectedly hit a wall
she stumbles was but can't recover
And she lands in a heap on the soaked up grass

Tears of immense pain flow down her face
and the sky opens up and the rain pours down
No amount of tears can ever wash away
the heartache that was so deeply etched within

It's been said that time heals all things
But truth be told that means nothing
Her broken spirit has crumbled away
there is absolutely nothing she can do to save it

She is so lost and confused with no love in sight
There's no hope in view, no insight tonight
All expressive quirks have suddenly vanished
The emptiness inside has worn her down
